For larger sites we work with trusted bricklayers selected over the years, always keeping direct supervision. For small-to-medium jobs we step in personally.

Building and demolishing walls in brick and block, openings for doors and windows, structural repairs and infills.

Drywall

Suspended ceilings, partition walls, cladding and sound-absorbing counter-walls. Fast installation with a fine finish.

Ventilated façades

External cladding with certified ventilated systems, integrated thermal insulation and an aesthetic upgrade of the building.

Waterproofing membranes

Waterproofing of terraces, flat roofs, flat coverings and foundations. Top-quality materials, work guaranteed.

Yards & courtyards

Screeds, outdoor paving, resins, interlocking pavers. Removal of the old surface and laying of the new one with proper gradients.

Frequently asked questions

Do interior masonry works need permits?
For demolishing and building non-load-bearing walls a CILA permit is usually not required, but it depends on the municipality and the type of work. We check the planning situation before starting.
How long does a renovation site take on average?
For a one-bedroom flat with a full renovation (plumbing, electrical, floors, painting) expect 4 to 8 weeks. Partial work is much less. The free site visit allows a precise estimate.
Can I live in the house during the work?
It depends on the scale of the work. For partial jobs it is often possible, with a few precautions. For full renovations it is better not to, due to dust and safety.
Do you also handle disposal of the debris?
Yes, disposal at an authorised landfill is included in the service. We always provide the waste-transport documentation.
Do you work in apartment buildings too?
Yes, we have experience with condominium sites. We coordinate communications with the building manager and respect the hours allowed by the regulations.
