Oak-effect parquet laid throughout the unit and full painting in warm beige tones. In the sleeping area, a decorative hexagonal wood-mosaic wall and a bespoke built-in wardrobe with sliding doors. In the living area, a bespoke walnut TV wall coordinated with the integrated linear kitchen. Bathroom rebuilt from scratch with Calacatta marble cladding, a walk-in shower with a gold-profiled glass enclosure and a wood-veneer vanity unit. Ducted air conditioning with ceiling vents. The flat was handed over fully furnished.
