A first-floor one-bedroom flat with a dual aspect, fully renovated and furnished, with parquet throughout and an LED cove light in the living area.

Full renovation of a first-floor one-bedroom flat in the Cenisio/Monumentale district, with a dual aspect onto the shared balcony walkway. We completely rebuilt the flat in every part: parquet laid throughout the home, bathroom included, and a recessed LED cove light in the ceiling, completed by a pendant lamp in the living area. We replaced the windows, internal doors and the armoured entrance door, and finished the bathroom with dark marble-effect cladding and a shower enclosure. The air-conditioning system was installed and the flat was handed over fully furnished, interior curtains included.
