Thanks to the F-Gas certification and the DM 37/08 qualification, we can independently handle electrical, plumbing-heating and air-conditioning systems, a single point of contact for the entire technical side of the home.

What does F-Gas certification mean?
The refrigerant gases used in air conditioners are governed by EC Regulation 517/2014 (F-Gas). Only certified technicians may install and handle them. We hold the certification, so the work is compliant and guaranteed.
What does a DM 37/08-compliant system mean?
Ministerial Decree 37/08 governs the design, installation and declaration of conformity of electrical, plumbing and gas systems in buildings. At the end of the work we always issue the Declaration of Conformity, a document required for sale, rental and insurance purposes.
How much do I save with a solar PV system?
It depends on your consumption, roof exposure and system size. On average, a 4–6 kWp system on a home in Milan has a payback time of 6 to 8 years. We always provide an expected-production estimate before the quote.
Can I install air conditioning in a rented flat?
Yes, but the owner's consent is needed for structural work. For wall-mounted splits it is usually a written notification. We can help you understand your specific situation.
