Four-room flat near the Courthouse

A fully renovated and bespoke-furnished first-floor four-room flat, with parquet throughout and full-height porcelain in the bathrooms.

Full renovation of a first-floor four-room flat in the Courthouse district. We laid parquet in every room of the home, except the two bathrooms, where we used large porcelain stoneware slabs for both the wall cladding and the floors, for a continuity of material between walls and floor. Each bathroom has its own dedicated electric water heater, ensuring independent hot water in both. The whole home is run by a home-automation system controlling lights and scenes. The bespoke furniture was made by our trusted carpenters, coordinated with the finishes of each room. The flat was handed over fully furnished.
